Restaurant Evaluators, Inc. believes that your right to privacy is of great importance. Below are guidelines we use for protecting the information that you provide us either during a visit to your location or on our web site.

For each visitor to our Web page, any information you provide to us is kept private and confidential, and under no condition is our client list sold. E-mail addresses are collected for the sole purpose of communication between Restaurant Evaluators and our clients and evaluators.

We collect aggregate information on hospitality locations that evaluators visit, and information volunteered by the customer, such as survey information and/or site registrations. Our purpose in collecting this information is to provide you with customization and the absolute best service.

We hold copyright on all of our materials. From time to time we will request a statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner it was designed for and that it is not authorized to be shared with anyone other than You, our client, your agent, employees, or the law; and that you are the owner of or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner or an exclusive right is allegedly infringed.

We also request Non-Disclosure / Business Ethics and Conduct Agreements and confidentiality statements from each of our evaluators in order to protect our clients and protect our own business.

For copyright claims, upon receipt of appropriate written notification from you, pursuant to the listed statements above, Restaurant Evaluators, Inc. will remove or disable access to the material that is claimed to be infringing.
